Indiana Plan is a recruitment and training program that works to expand construction apprenticeships and help employers meet workforce needs by offering education, training and creating a pathway to high-wage careers.

This 8+ week paid training program offers hands-on experience in blight removal and general services, with participants earning $15 per hour through an “earn and learn” model. 

The Growth Opportunity (GO) Grant Program is a workforce development initiative for Gary, Indiana youth aged 18–24 who have been expelled from school or are justice-involved.
